The moment that many of you have been waiting for…our cult wet bags all the way from Australia have arrived! These have become a fast favourite, and we just simply couldn’t keep up with demand. And finally, after what feels like the longest wait ever, we can finally offer them again in 2026. Perfect timing with this glorious bank-holiday weekend weather.

These wet bags are a classic for a reason, especially living on an island! With all of the sports and activities we have available with the sea on our doorstep - surfing, swimming, sailing, paddle boarding, the saunas - they make the perfect practical gift, with a personal touch. Whether for a little treat for yourself, or for someone you know that spends more time in the water than on land, these wet bags are brilliant.

What makes these wet bags so special (and so loved) is not only their stunning, unusual patterns, but their quality. Each bag has a zip closure, and durable waterproof lining - so no fear of leakages! Our Somewhere Co wet bags make the perfect beach companions not only for swimming gear (keeping the rest fo your bag dry!) but as well for a myriad of other uses. A nappy bag, beach essentials such as suncream, bits and pieces for heading to the sauna, or keeping your essentials - keys, phone, wallet - close by and not covered in water and sand!

We have both the small (£18) and large (£23) sizes available. The smaller ones are perfect for one or two pieces of swim wear, whilst we would say that the larger size is suited well for families. Each have a handy strap, made from vegan leather, that makes it easy to carry around (or attach it to your bag so you don’t waylay it!). Australian designed, they are made from a polyester canvas outer with a waterproof PEVA internal lining.

We would recommend not to leave your wet items inside for long periods of time (days and weeks at a time!) as the dampness will start to seep through. To clean, simply wipe the inside with a damp cloth and detergent to given it a freshen up.
