Introducing a new (and very exciting) stockist: Baggu!

Baggu started in 2007 making reusable bags, and has become well known for their funky and unusual designs since! We are excited to be the sole stockist in Jersey. Every design is created with as minimal waste as possible, with as much recycled material being utilised as possible in designs. With nylon products, recycled nylon yarn is used, saving scrap material from landfill and in turn conserving petroleum resources (and reducing greenhouse gas emissions - so win win!). The puffy styles use 100% post consumed PET which are best known as the clear plastic used for water bottles. We love a brand that reflects our environmental ethos and strives to create beautiful things with as little cost to the environment as possible, so we love Baggu’s more circular approach.

And, obviously, we are all a little bit in love with their products as well!

For the frequent traveller…meet your new best friend! Our travel bags from Baggu are optimised for flying. They are designed to fit under an aeroplane seat, on top of your suitcase, and on your shoulder. Versatile to adapt with you whilst you travel. They have plenty of pockets too: exterior ones to keep travel essential easy to access - including a pocket that can fit up to a 16” laptop or tablet - and pouches for water, passports or boarding passes. And not only that, but these bags can pack down small into their interior detachable pouch for easy storage and carrying when you have reached your destination! Made from heavy weight nylon (59% recycled) too so they are super durable as well.

And in terms of packing, we have some fabulous packing cubes available too in Baggu’s signature bold and unique designs. Easy to pack your essentials together and in packs of two - one larger and one smaller - these are every travellers best friend. Whether for university, holidays, gap years and more, these packing cubes are incredibly useful for keeping items organised and together. They are made from recycled ripstop nylon and are completely machine washable too. We have the larger sets and smaller sets available in a range of patterns and prints.

Because we have also had many requests for glasses cases, we have ordered in some soft, puffy sleeves in for glasses or sunglasses. Not only are they protective, but as we have ordered in a range of bold patterns, they are also easy to spot in your bag! They have an ultra-secure magnetic flap closure and are also machine washable.

We also have a few of their original style shopper bags for £10 each - there is tartan, and lambs, and spots, and all sorts - and they are a very good size too, and can easily pack down into their pouches to carry in your handbag, rucksack or pocket ready for some shopping. Baggu actually say that thier shopper bags carry the eqivalent of 2-3 plastic bags worth of shopping, holding up to 50lbs! Machine washable, large and spacious, packs easily down…what’s not to like!?
